WHO WE ARE

Rod Clarida, CPA, MST, CFS

Rod graduated California State University Fullerton in 1978 with a BA in Accounting and earned his CPA certificate in 1981.  In 1982 he received a Masters Degree in Taxation from California State University Fullerton.  Rod also is a Certified Fund Specialist with an NASD Series 7 and an insurance license issued by the California Department of Insurance.

Betty G. Ludeke, CPA

Betty was hired in December 2006 as a full-time staff accountant.  She became a CPA in February, 2008.  On December 1, 2011 Betty was promoted to partner.   Betty handles every aspect of our firm's accounting and tax areas.

 Kathleen J Clarida, EA, PFP, CSA

Kathy graduated from California State University Fullerton in 1984 with a BA in Accounting.  She has been an Enrolled Agent since 1995 and graduated with the Personal Financial Planner designation from UC Irvine in 2000.  Kathy also is a Certified Senior Advisor with an NASD Series 7 and an insurance license issued by the California Department of Insurance.

Elaine Pacheco

Elaine has been with our firm since December, 2005 as our Director of First Impressions.  Her job is to assist Rod, Kathy and Betty in client services in a variety of tasks in the areas of communications, scheduling, taxes and financial planning.  She allows our firm to run smoother and makes sure we service you in a timely and efficient manner.  And it all gets done with a smile.
